- What is the difference between the Free and Premium plans?
- The Free Plan allows you to collect up to 20 text-based feedbacks per day, while the Premium Plan offers unlimited text-based feedbacks and voice feedback support. The Premium Plan also includes additional features like real-time analytics and branded feedback collection experience.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
- Yes, you can upgrade from the Free Plan to the Premium Plan at any time. If you're on the Premium Plan and wish to downgrade to the Free Plan, you can do so at the end of your current billing cycle. You can manage your subscription at clicking here.
- How are my business information and customer feedback data used?
- Your business information (name, address, and logo) is used to help your customers identify your business and generate QR code merchandise. Customer feedback data is stored and processed to provide you with feedback analytics and insights through your dashboard.
- I have multiple branches of the same business. Do you support organization accounts?
- As of now, we do not have an organization account feature, but we plan to support it in the near future. For now, we would require you to create multiple accounts for each business branch or franchise. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us.
